RYLA: Rotary Youth Leadership Award

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, RYLA is a premier youth leadership development program for people aged 19-28. During a week long camp designed to promote proactivity, personal and professional development through a range of inspirational speakers, team building exercises and leadership training. The development of communication and presentation skills, problem solving, conflict resolution, self-confidence and self-esteem are key objectives of this program.

RYTES: Rotary youth transition seminar

RYTS is a one-week residential camp for students who have just left school and are aged 17/18 years, and for Year 11 students who will be taking on leadership roles in their Year 12.

RYPEN: Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment

Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment (RYPEN) is a weekend residential experience for youth aged 14-16 years designed to develop skills that will assist them in the transition to adulthood.  Participants are involved in a variety of workshops and activities, which provide an opportunity for them to personally develop, gain self confidence, communication skills, challenge themselves, build friendships, and develop life skills
